To loan a laptop, students need to complete an application form, go over and sign a Loan Agreement Form, a copy of their student ID, and a form with proof of residency in the FUSD area.

Students interested in loaning laptops can follow the following process and provide the information
required via email or online:

2. Student ID copy

3. Proof of Residency in FUSD

4. Complete Loan Agreement

Applying: First click the "Application Form" button and complete the form. You will need to upload a photo of your Student ID and a document showing proof of residency in FUSD. We will call you to confirm who you are. Next, wait for an email response back from technogear.org@gmail.com. If your application is approved, click the Loan Agreement Form, download and complete it, then email it back to us at technogear.org@gmail.com. Title your email: Loan Agreement-STUDENT ID#

After we receive your Loan Agreement, we will ship the laptop to the address located on the proof of residency document.
